Employees would have a better sense of attachment with the organisation and the job if Human Resources (HR) practices were perceived as sufficient in their day-to-day assignments. However, the ability to make HR practices as organisation fit and person-job fit is an intricate skill of its own. Managers and supervisors may have limited knowledge of HR practices that in the end restrains their team’s potency.
This program will help the participants in walking through HR knowledge and functions, such as recruitment process, conducting interview, discussion on orientations and on-boarding, and other HR-related practices they need to know as a new kind of manager. Preparing them to avoid or to face the issues and problems that they may face as an HR function within their team.
