The one thing that organisations cannot copy from other organisations is the people, which is the essence of Learning & Development (L&D). Therefore L&D has become more important than ever, many organisations are embracing L&D function as a vital part of their business growth and sustainability strategy.
This course will develop and equip participants to become specialist in Learning & Development by learning the roles of L&D, designing L&D plan needed by their organisations. Furthermore, this course equips the participants to identify the L&D initiatives and design the L&D information system, and the sustaining L&D operations and contributions to the organisations.
