    Negotiation isn’t just a part in business. We negotiate almost everyday in our life. We negotiate with our friends, family, relatives, colleagues, boss etc and etc.

    Negotiating is a fundamental fact of life. Whether you are working on a project or fulfilling support duties, this workshop will provide you with a basic comfort level to negotiate in any situation.

    But, many people don’t understand the concept of negotiation and the ways to carry out effective negotiation. Understanding this is pretty important because negotiations are quite important in both organisational level and personal life. Perfect negotiations tend to be more successful and thus leading to win-win situation.

    Like most of the things in the world, negotiation skills don’t just come from nowhere. One has to practice it, understand the basics, learn the skill set involved, face real world situations and challenges and he should work his way through more practice in order to be able to successfully negotiate.

    This interactive workshop includes techniques to promote effective communication and gives you techniques for turning face-to-face confrontation into side-by-side problem solving.

    We have created this workshop for you to understand the different types of negotiations, learn the various skills and tools that are pretty necessary for you to carry out successful negotiations, learn the various phases of negotiating a deal and exercising the skills to negotiate successfully which results in win-win situations for both the parties. You will learn the ways to face the negotiation counterparts, get fair results with proven negotiation methods. You will learn to balance the environment and the importance of respect while negotiating. You will learn to forecast potential problems in the future.
