This programme is specifically developed to help newly promoted (as well as existing) manager to develop their leadership capabilities & skills. Developing their leadership potentials that will enable them perform and accomplish their (new) role as leader manager.
Those are qualities that this programme tries to introduce and to develop to any new leaders. This 3-day program will help participants in building their presence and abilities to create vision and rally others to commit to it.
